Hot off their New York Fashion Week runway debut, A$AP Rocky is dropping his latest footwear collaboration with German sportswear brand Puma.
The Mostro 3D Mule, cousin of the brand’s Mostro mule and sneakers, launched on Puma’s site on Thursday (May 21) at 10 a.m. ET. Rocky’s slip-on retails for $250 and comes in a mix of black and blue and an alternative monochrome black. The footwear was first seen at Rocky’s AWGE Fall/Winter 2026 showcase. It’s a sculptural number created with resin-based 3D printing, which entails using liquid photopolymer resin to build the shoes in layers, creating an almost brutalist design.
Spikes can be seen all over the uppers, down to the outsoles. This is in stark contrast to the Mostro silhouettes that came before it. The Mostro 3.D Mule is slip-on, hence the mule callout, and features a unique toebox that we can only liken to an animal’s paw. Red accents round out both pairs, creating a welcome contrast.

The mule features a scaly exterior and velcro closures. The shoe blends high fashion with sporty aesthetics.
This isn’t your everyday shoe, and it certainly doesn’t look like the mules consumers are used to. This is a style we’d suggest only the adventurous buy; the fashion explorers looking to collect something new, adding to their wonderful and weird collection of footwear. If you’re looking for something statement-making, the Mostro 3D Mule is a great option because its shape, coupled with the shoe’s coloring, is something we can assure you that you don’t already have in your closet. Puma has plenty of other everyday shoes available in their lineup, but the Mostro 3D Mule is not one of them.
Shoes like these are a novelty, something the “Fashion Killa” rapper is quite familiar with. All of his footwear collaborations with Puma, from his many Mostro mules to the Inhale men’s sneakers, have been unique in color or design, shaking up the footwear market with innovative offerings that fulfilled a niche for funky shoes. The musician began working alongside Puma back in Oct. 2023 when the brand named him the creative director in charge of overseeing Puma’s longstanding partnership with Formula 1. Each collaborative style Rocky has launched with the retailer has been automotive-inspired, while mixing in the rapper’s personal style and Harlem influence.
