It’s hard to talk about the Beatles’ upcoming big-screen return without wanting to revisit the music, the albums and, of course, the merch. Sam Mendes’ highly anticipated four-part Beatles biopic, The Beatles – A Four-Film Cinematic Event, is currently filming ahead of its planned April 2028 theatrical release. The films will each focus on a different member of the legendary band, with Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Joseph Quinn as George Harrison and Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr.
