Mighty Patch videos have snagged over 574 million TikTok views while the product itself has a 4.6 Google rating (from over 10,000 reviews).

“It really does work for pimples,” noted an Amazon review. “For stubborn ones I do need to use it for another night or day or two depending if it’s a really bad one but it works! Highly recommend!!!!!”

Another customer review titled, “It was a miracle” gave a detailed (maybe a little too detailed) play-by-play of how the acne patch got rid of a blackhead. One Amazon customer declared Mighty Patch “nothing short of miraculous” while others agreed that the patch works well.
